Regina is offering individual Yoga Therapy sessions and invites you to a free 15-minute consult via phone or zoom. Regina will also be offering rotating series of small group classesand workshops with 3 – 6 participants. She can customize a series of private group sessions for 2 – 3 people with similar needs and goals like recovering from breast surgery or living with MS.
