Class IV Laser Therapy
Photon energy from the laser is converted into chemical energy in the mitochondria of the cell. Photons activate cytochrome C complex within the electron transport chain to produce ATP/energy. This increases microcirculation and accelerates healing at a cellular level.

We are a Complete Concussion Management Inc. certified clinic providing the most current evidence-based concussion diagnosis and management for both acute and persistent concussion symptoms. Our CCMI trained providers utilize state-of-the-art technology, weekly research advances, and multi-disciplinary treatment modalities to maximize the rate of recovery and make educated return-to-work/school/sport decisions.
Shockwave Therapy
Acoustic waves generated by the Shockwave trigger biological effects which lead to faster and long-term healing and regeneration of the tissue. Shockwave therapy (SWT) covers a wide range of indications such as tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis/osis, achilles tendinitis, and rotator cuff injuries. Shockwave Therapy coupled with Class IV Laser Therapy is evidence based and the gold standard in tendon healing.
RockTape Applications
Rock Tape involves the skilled application of one continuous piece of kinesiology tape to muscle groups that need extra support and relief. We can use Rock Tape to diminish pain signals and prevent unhealthy posture.
Custom Orthotics
All of our custom orthotics are made in Canada using a combination of information from a Biomechanical & Gait assessment, Weight-bearing methods (Metascan + Video), and Semi-weightbearing methods (3D Laser Scanner). We offer both carbon fiber, EVA, and semi-rigid orthotics to suit your needs. Our 3D technology allows us to save time on shipping and processing and get you your orthotics faster.

Our chronic pain management strategies are modelled on the biopsychosocial model of pain. This comprehensive first visit is 3 hours long so that we can take a deep dive into all the factors contributing to your pain and further our understanding of all the facets of your life that may be affected by your pain.
*Many components of our comprehensive treatment plans are covered by MSP and overseen in collaboration with your physician/specialist.
